- September 11
- A small token piece in remembrance of the horrific terrorist attack on the twin towers of the world trade centre September 11 2001, it is in kinda a tear-off desk calendar style
- I was bored...all right, I do silly things when I'm bored!
Media
Some of the things I created for my Media coursework at AS Level
- Dark Nights
- We were asked to design our own movie poster in the style of another movie, we chose 'Night Of The Living Dead' hence Dark Nights, kinda parody but fairly serious at the same time
- Drink Driving 1
- We were asked to produce some posters on a social issue for the coursework assignment, this is the first poster, it relies on your eye's ability to discern brighter colours first before others, giving you a false view of the poster's message at first
- Drink Driving 2
- This one being the second poster relies on shock tactics to scare the audience into not drink driving. Using a well known drinking phrase "One more for the road?" and turning it around so you have to think a little more about it
Tutorial-driven
These were created using tutorials, but even so, they are not exactly the same as the original. Mainly from the XaraXone
- Evening
- A sunset scene in the countryside
- Pool Table
- I like this one, took a lot of work to get it right, as the tute I was following was a little confusing in places, I got there in the end and I'm very happy with the result.
Lord Of The Rings Inspired
- LoTR
- The legendary opening poem which sets the tone for the entire book, in it's original Sindarin (Elvish) script. It means "One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them, One Ring to bring them all, and in the darkness bind them!"
- Sindarin 1
- More Sindarin, doesn't mean anything, but looks nice
- Sindarin 2
- Different style, same moral as Sindarin 1, doesn't mean anything, but looks nice
- Sindarin 3
- Same again.
New
- La Bomba!
- James of the MSN Community Forum which I am a member of, was being his usual overly exuberant self, so I told him I was going to mail him a bomb...and so I did, technically. Maybe I should buy a real one and send it to him...well it's a plan, not a very good one but a plan nonetheless. Shut up Niall.
- Thundercats HO!
- Unsigned as I have just straight lifted it from the series, but added a little shadow here and there, makes it all the more thuper really.
